Born and raised in Singapore, I was proud to be the first cyclist from my country to represent Singapore at the BMX World Championships in Perth. My passion for cycling didn’t stop there — I was later selected to join the MTB Downhill team and represented Singapore in several South East Asian competitions, gaining experience across multiple cycling disciplines.

In 2008, I moved to South Africa to pursue a career in cycling within the retail industry. I started in sales and eventually managed the largest cycling retail outlet in the country. During this time, I also completed professional courses to become a certified Bike Fitment specialist, a skill I’ve been practicing full-time and part-time since 2009. Within the corporate environment, I also served as Merchant Buyer for Cycle Lab, responsible for the success and growth of the group’s bicycle representation.

Now living in the Netherlands, my mission is simple: to keep cyclists happy on their bikes, whether through expert maintenance, fitment, or advice — bringing professional care directly to riders in my local environment and beyond the shop’s reach.
